GAEA REAL ESTATE CORP
Gaea Real Estate Corp is an externally managed real estate investment trust (REIT) that acquires, rehabilitates, re-tenants and actively manages a portfolio of small balance commercial real estate, mezzanine debt and preferred equity assets. We target smaller, urban infill multifamily, mixed-use and retail properties where our data analysis supports continued city urbanization. Our investments include market rate multifamily, triple-net leased commercial and mixed-use properties. The key to our portfolio allocation is balancing diversification while achieving economies of scale in our target markets. The company leverages data science, demographic analysis and market presence to drive both investment decisions and risk mitigation. We believe that our tailored approach for each asset will generate attractive long-term risk-adjusted returns for our stockholders from both dividends and capital appreciation.
